Reprinting

We do not allow reprints without prior consent.
For reprints without permission, we will claim 100,000 ~ 300,000 YEN (about 1,000 ~ 3,000 SGD) per content.
Reprints with revision will stand for the same.

Reprinting of Pictures

Pictures taken or made by Earthcare Asia is sold for 30,000 YEN (about 300 SGD) per picture.
Usage and reprints without permission will be demanded 50,000 YEN (about 500 SGD), with 20,000 YEN (about 200 SGD) being the compensation.
As for usage with an image direct link, we will not give permission, due to server issues. When used with an image direct link, we will take needed measures, and claim compensation for damage.

Referencing

For the content which Earthcare Asia holds, we will give permission to referencing on the 3 conditions below.

The reason for the policies

In addition to the fact that reprinting without consent is a violation to the copyright law, using content while detaching the author from it will disadvantage the reader. This is why we will not allow any of this.
First of all, our content are all made by professionals on skincare, based on experience and the voices of customers.
The valuable information and wisdom within it is not something you can intake from just copying and pasting.
Also, our content withholds information and wisdom yet to be spoken. We will provide the information to the people who need them most with our own hands, directly.
It is against our will to provide incomplete information or content missing the true point due to reprinting without permission.
Please refrain from reprinting or revising without permission.

Offers

We will accept offers of purchase of pictures.

The Governing Law

The terms written above will be goverened by the laws of Japan.
Unless provided otherwise, any and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Japan.
